    Calculate your target

    Enter your stats and goal. We use the Mifflin-St Jeor formula, adjusted for your activity level, to work out exactly how many calories you need per day.

  2. 02
    Pick your diet & allergies

    Choose a diet style (standard, high protein, vegan, etc.) plus any allergies and foods you don't like. We'll filter the 100+ meal database automatically.

  3. 03
    Generate your week

    Hit "Generate" and we'll build a full 7-day plan that hits your calorie and protein targets without repeating meals. Regenerate as many times as you like.
